What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a compound naturally found in the leaves, stalks, and flowers of industrial the hemp plant. It is the most popular non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in Cannabis sativa (hemp) plant. However, there are other cannabinoids like CBG, CBN and CBC that are gaining popularity. Hemp-based CBD extracts should not be confused with CBD from marijuana, even though they both derive from the same plant – all of our Denver CBD products contain CBD extracted from industrial hemp.

Is CBD legal?
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized all hemp and hemp-derived products. It is legal to produce, sell, and consume CBD products derived from industrial hemp in all 50 states as long as they contain less than 0.3 percent THC to qualify as legal . That being said, some states have deviated from the 2018 Farm Bill and my not allow the sale and production of hemp-based CBD products. Check your states legislation before placing an order.

Will CBD get me high?
CBD is a non-intoxicating compound from the industrial hemp. Legally, it must contain less than 0.3 percent of Tetrahydrocannabinol (∆9THC). CBD contains no “high” or euphoric effect as a result of being made from industrial hemp.

How much CBD should I take?
Every person has a unique  body structure and make up.  There is no predetermined measurement that is right for everyone.
